HINUは、沖縄の古民家を舞台に、沖縄の暮らしや文化をカクテルとして体験していただくバーです。店名は、沖縄の台所の神様「ヒヌカン」に由来しています。
ヒヌカンは、家族や訪れる人々を火のそばから静かに見守る存在。
私たちは、その火の記憶を一杯のカクテルとしてお届けしています。
HINU is a cocktail bar set in an Okinawan kominka — a traditional folk house — where the culture and daily life of Okinawa are expressed through the glass. The name comes from Hinukan, the hearth deity of Okinawan tradition.
Hinukan watches quietly from beside the fire, over the family and all who pass through.
We carry those memories of the flame — one cocktail at a time.
